Had to go to Commitee meatin
Checkin stock of hub caps
Terwats from the Midlands and parts of outer Dolgellau and some Southern Hemisphere gaffas have been infriltating our Domain!
Bloody Brexit aint a prob
Theres just no Loyalty or respect these days
Jobs on its arse
Need to Phone Boris
Anyway
Just stopped fer petrol, towing a 4.5 metre RIB fer a Mate from Brummage
'Peaky Blinders' nearly ripped Him off
They told Him the camshaft was new in the outboard
Bloody two stroke
Anyway
They didnt know I had served me apprentaship in BSA!
Der know
Its a funny thing
Yamaha, Honda and Suzuki
All have made outboards
But Kawasaki aint
Why is that afficionados?
:p:ambivalence:

Having owned a zx10r....I disagree.

It reliably tried to kill me all the time :D

Not nearly as much as a Suzuki tl1000r though

Back in the Day when we wus motorbike dealers
The GPZ 900 broke all records
We had a Traditional corner shop motorbike shop
Mended owt with an engine and two wheels
Had all the spare parts (no interenet then) built wheels mended punctures etc
Did 'MOT'S all that rollocks
Fixed British stuff an Jap stuff
We had 'Honda' plus all the other Jap Agencys
On the Launch of the GPZ 900 day it was mental
Our little Shop was crammed with 'Punters' Bikers/ Customers, whatever the Genre was back then
It was like a feeding frenzy of leather jackets with tassels and hideous ill fitting full face helmets with duff scratched visors
We had one 'Demo' motorcycle
It never cooled down on that Day My Mate and business partner John ( God Rest His Soul) rang me on the Telling Bone, I was in our other shop along the Coast in Bangor, North Wales
'It's mental here, theres a cue outside to order this motorcycle'! I remembeber Him saying
The GPZ 900 has a lot of memories for Me
And nothing to do with my Forum handle by the way
That is another Story
Motorbikes have had a big influence on My Life
Its how I met Her Indoors
That is another Story too
So-- to answer the 'OP's question
No
Not Walton
Just locked away with My thoughts
Junno
I am thinking about writing a Book
Boaty stuff maybe
Lots to say on that Scene
As I approach the termination of my life on this Globe, inevitable for all
I wonder which subject I should subject myself to
'Zen and the Art of Motorcycles',/ motorcycling' well that was a dissapointment
'Curse of the Outdrives' maybe?
That Subject woud fill a few Pages
So anyway, have to Trot off now and make Her Indoors evening scoff
It's either Vermicheli rice with prawns
Or Beans on Toast
When I met Her she had a Suzuki
But that's another Story!

Bloody hell it gets better
Worked on the Gaff
Know all about the Palace
It’s in the basement there the idea of the Hobbits were born, not a lot of people know that
Not a lot of people know I had a job in Billy Smarts Circus too
Leave you lot to go figure!
