kamd44edc. Oil cooler

I have a pair of these in on 2003 beneteau Antares. I have been warned there is a chance of oil cooler failure causing oil to be pumped into the bilge with obvious effect on the engine. Has this been an issue anyone has encountered?
Low hours on engines.
