I need to change the antifreeze in a volvo penta KAD32. Manual says its the one without the blue marking. But there is no blue marking on either of mine. So, which one should I remove the end bung from?

Whatever the blue mark is meant to indicate it is mixed up on my engines.
Removal of the bung will show whether you have the correct hose. My guess would be the more corroded clip and bung indicates salt water.

So, what's the other pipe for / what's going to come out? Also, do the bungs just pull out (brute force and ignorance)? How easily do they go back in?

After loosening the clip you may need to grip the plug with pliers while holding the hose and twist the plug to free it from the hose. The plug should then slide out easily and should slip back in easily.

One is seawater…one is coolant

Fully set of manuals here…..theres a folder for KAD

Thanks. I've got the manual but couldn't see any mention of what the other pipe is for. If its seawater does that mean the boat will sink if I get it wrong? Half joking as I can hold the pipe above the top of the engine, but slightly concerned.
There is a reason I work in IT, no moving parts! 😀
I'm going with the one that hasn't got green corrosion on it as that hopefully was caused by seawater

In a word….no. The seawater pipe goes to the oil cooler and the coolant pipe to the side of the block from memory

Be a bit stupid of volvo to fit a boat sinking service pipe 🤣

Slacken the the sea water strainer lid before draining salt water that will stop a syphon situation.
