That day turned out to be cold with a gentle breeze. A week earlier I missed a good photo because my phone had not charged overnight. It had gone down to -3C and there was fog so there was frost on the decks and you could only just make out the boats astern.
I seem to remember that it was the foolish virgins that failed to fill their lamps with oil, so you clearly have one thing in common.

Ah, that was the name of my ceilidh band when I was domiciled in the Former People's Republic of Humberside, The Foolish Virgins, in the days before Black Diamond Accordions. These days, I'm the boy in an old boy band, One Foot in the Rave.....

This morning I woke up in the forward cabin and saw this thins strip of sunlight across the hanging lockers. Big smile until I saw frost on the next boat.

The sun was low and made these buildings and boat yard look lovely despite the cold.

The main pontoon was very busy this morning!!!! Notice the marina had spread salt along the pontoon.
