...to Gibraltar along with 6 others to take a Jeanneau 452 to Gran canaria, where it will start the ARC (not with me on board though). Nearly new boat, complete with genny etc should make for a "softy's" passage. Plan is to leave Gib on Sunday in a leasurly fashion, and stop off in Casablanca, Lanzarote and Tenerife to arrive in GC by 6/7th November, flying back on the 8th. Should be good experience, though the weather forecast for the first couple of days is for rain and not much wind!! Therefter, the normal steady Northerly F4/5's, with sunny conditions and 24/25C.
