Depends what you want David, Longueville Manor is superb but pricey and has the Michelin Star restaurant, the Atlantic Hotel is also good and has fantastic views but is way out of town, food there is good too. Sumas at Gory is excellent restaurant, I like Gradee's (Fish), Capannina is expensive Italian but also superb food and good service, really there are so many good one's here, it is hard to single them out. There is also the Hotel de France, The Apollo, the Beaufort, all good hotels, depends on what you want to pay and whether you want pools, spas etc. Contact Jersey Tourism, I'm sure they are on the net and request info.

Re: Flights

Thanks for this, SWMBO spends so much on housekeeping that the flights are courtesy of Sainsbugs! British Midland I think.

Will look at the sites, thanks.
