My boat has Jefa steering and so Jefa's website is worth a look from time to time (www.jefa.com).
Lots of interesting ideas and products with high quality drawings and illustrations but at eye watering prices. Latest innovations include single or tandem spoke aluminium wheels made without any welding, a clutch system to disengage your wheel when the autopilot is engaged and a quick release wheel nut which you detach with your winch handle if you want to take you wheel off to make room for a party. The nut is priced at only 52 Euro!!!
While the prices are definitely very yachty, the site is worth looking at if you like innovative technical stuff or like to see good engineering drawings.
