does the enamel come off during the bowls life ?? We clean it and it seems to “ stain “
Que some obv a jokes but is it a replacement or can it be helped
 
One of mine tends to. Have you tried Oxalic based cleaner? Very good at removing staining on GRP so may be effective on the toilet bowl.
 
Thanks .. I always clean it off with a Brillo pad but I fear the enamel has rubes off and after every clean it “ absorbs “ some dirty water

Certainly possible. I'm really not a fan of modern age Jabsco so nothing would surprise me. How old is the toilet? Dare I ask, do you 'Brillo' the toilet pretty frequently?


If you've not used it before, the expensive boaty version of Oxalic acid is Y10. I think it's probably mostly water and wallpaper paste (or seems that way) but it does do a great job. (You can mix your own for far cheaper but Y10 is very convenient)
