i haven't sailed either, but that seems a bit hot - i would guess more like 140-145 at 10kts and 150-155 at 12kts.
you can check ORC certificates.
just be aware that at higher TWS, the ORC VPP has unreasonably deep target angles for asymmetric boats

My guess, from having raced against both, and the 109s a lot…
6 knots 135
8 knots 145
10 knots 155
12+ 165 or lower.

it's always better to sail angles and gybe in an asymmetric boat
those are the true wind angles that one would sail.., in different wind speeds.., to optimize VMG
the windier it is.., the deeper you can sail.
