'S' Hooks......hook over the side rail and one each end of the fender, and they hang horizontally under the rail.....Simples !

Now there is a thought.
If they had some sort of “clip” function as I would be concerned that they could jump off.
Each end having a different length for different height placement

Losing them would be my main concern there; to be useful they would have to be outside the rail. I'll have another look tomorrow.

my windlass packed up. It was £850+vat just for the parts to mend it. And my 10mm chain was rusty too. A new one from Jimmy green was £1400. Plus the chain.

I went into my local chandlery and they had a new windlass and 30m of 8mm chain for £950.

8mm is fine for my boat and the anchoring I do so swapped size and fitted all new, splicing on 30m of rode.

The space freed up in the anchor locker is astonishing. The fenders now fit in there.

I know they won’t fit it yours. Sorry. I did say it would be annoying.

Bad luck on the windlass my boat has 8mm chain, should be fine I think.

My anchor locker is microscopic. I couldn't get a deflated condom in there.

Speaking about Dilbar, if I’m not mistaken there were 2 Lurssen yachts with this name for the same owner (Alisher Usmanov), and 1 66m from Oceanco.
First small 110m version of Dilbar from Lurssen was later named ONA after his mother.
