6 years without a boat ! I don't think I could have done that.

I've kept my hand in by joining boat share clubs, doing a bit of crewing and begging rides with other people.
Definitly pleased to get another one though, and the med will be a new experience

Many congratulations on the new boat! She looks very clean and nice, the engine bay is spotless. Which engines she has btw? Also, and I hope you pardon me my ignorance, but what are the dual raw water intakes for (I haven't seen those before)? Aircon/genny?

Dual intakes are probably as emergency bilge pumps ... so that raw water pump for engines can be switched to drawing water from the bilges ...

Re. dual intakes, I suppose Alf got it right, considering also the valves which I seem to see both on the T-joint and on the lower pipe.

Work is pretty hectic but I might get down on the bank holiday weekend to do a couple of bits and bobs or just sit on it

Excellent choise. The Ferretti 150 Fly was the eye opener for me that led to the purchase of a Ferretti 480 in May this year. I spent a week last year on a friends 150 Fly in Croatia and I was particulary impressed by the comfort and stability of this great boat. Enjoy her!
