Listed set of Buildings right on waterfront - with great Bar and Beer garden (150+ seating) - BBQ/Grill and outdoor games. 1 minute walk from Neptune Marina.

Started out as the Malt Kiln, back in the days of "Maritime Ipswich" (83?). Then went to the dogs, became the Vodka Bar, Greenlands and maybe something else, and now as you say, Isaac's. I drank there once, but was rather worse for wear at the time. How is it?

Had a few pints of Adnams there myself Sat night. Now a longer walk from Haven Marina whilst building works are underway. Nice Pint but gets a bit raucous on a hot sat night when some of the twats start jumping into the Wet Dock.
