Up early on Saturday morning, and what a morning! A couple of boats in the bay that we had seen come in lights on.

Easy.....

I know it was easy, but I thought people might like to see the pics.

Yes, it was LS and Providence early on saturday AM, moored at Traeth Bychan.

kawasaki - The boat in theforeground lives in that position, she is in the entrance to the tidal harbour at TB. When the tide comes in, up she floats and off she goes.

More views of harbour inside and entrance FYI

Typical, you try sneaking in under the cover of darkness and some smarty pants has a bloody camera....... I know what the rich and famous feel like now :)

I admit it, it was me.

I take it JMT that you were the gent who came over in the morning and told us about the water fleas that would be about later on :)

You should have introduced yourself and brought the obligatory bottle to say hello! (First visit to Little Ship demands a bottle)

Had a good morning there then moved on to Point Lynas, there is a lovely bay around the back which I haven seen before, stayed the night and had a BBQ on the beach Saturday night. Only suitable in very calm conditions but well worth the effort. If I ever remember to bring my camera back from the boat I may even post a picture or two!

It wasn't me....

Tom,

The gent regarding the water fleas wasn't me, but thanks for the invite - having read this forum for a while, I understand the 1 bottle intro tradition!

The little bay at Porth Eilian is a treat if not too busy.

You did well to get LittleShip & Providence in to Lynas Cove. Did you double stack them?

We didn't go into the small cove but stayed just on the edge of it, there were a few ski boats in there which surprised me when we first arrived. I think the only way to stay the night in the cove would be to use a kedge anchor on the rear, I may just try that next time. :)

Tom.
