I wonder whether the OP has managed to get his sail down yet, and whether his vessel has been in a collision in the interim.

If you take your anchor ball apart, you can display one disk above the other, to display NUC. Only applies to a sailing boat if it has broken down in no wind, or has dismasted and fouled the propeller, or if the rudder has failed. Not for use making a cup of tea, having a snooze, dropping a sail or watching a movie underway, because all these situations can be foreseen.
If you take your motoring cone apart, and tie it together to display a diamond, then attach the discs from your motoring cone above and below, you could claim RAM, however, RAM can only apply to a vessel due to 'the nature of her work', so any yacht claiming it would already be in breach.
Think about an external track with ball bearing slides for your main luff, getting sail away should not be a mission, with a decent car system, I recently timed it at about 4 seconds, assuming the halyard had been prepped.

Only if they're welded in place
