Is this an inflatable dinghy seat?

If so what make is it for, or is it meant to be universal? Found in a charity shop, surprised it uses softwood underneath if meant for marine use. The top is just plain pale plywood. Have got more photos but they kept failing to upload.

Looks more like a board to go over a bath.
I made one similar but not adjustable for my wife following a foot op. so she could
sit on it and use the shower head.

if it is a dinghy seat, I would have thought it looks more suitable for a rigid dinghy.

Looks home-made to me.

(as well as being for a bath rather than a boat )
