I see the tide is predicted to be up to 5.60 metres on Friday next week - 31st Jan.

If we have low pressure and a tidal surge on top of that, we are likely to have more flooding

Well, there are two 'ifs' in what you say.
It has ever been so. If you study tide tables for any year there are always several sets of abnormally high Springs.

Yes, that is 5.60 metres as well - I have also now noticed that Saturday Sunday and Monday 1st 2nd and 3rd, are all 5.80 metres, even higher
