Incidentally, since I dont talk to people/they dont talk to me, I dont know how we pronounce sheave in English. I've been pronouncing it "sheave" but Americans seem to favor "shiv", which I thought was an improvised fighting/assaｓsination knife, perhaps made from a toothbrush in jail.

If you go on ebay look for the seller Mast Rigging and Rope Surplus. We have used them over the years and found them very good. Based in Portsmouth.
