Time to buy some shares in UK marinas,all those forumites in the Med* will be bringing their boats home to enjoy some decent weather in a nice safe just round the corner value for money marina.

*Hours of cramped RyanAir pergatory to get to expensive mostly windy overpoweringly hot
hell hole of "El Hades Marina" and wondering if the jobs they asked to be sorted have been done or that they will find the boat chained to the wall reference local tax gatherers wanting a slice of the la dolce vita..

I will put this forecast in the bin along with the 2007 forecast for a 'warmer and drier than average summer' and the 2009 forecast for a 'barbeque' summer
