Is it possible the fule filter too old cause engine not start?

Mark, you are right. I will just keep bleeding it if that happens again. Just bleed another injector pipe, and now it fire up. Then stopped again after about 10 minutes. Will just keep trying. Thanks

Be aware that you may be pulling air in somewhere along the fuel lines / filter. Make sure everything you disturbed during the service is tight and sealing properly

Problem again. After about half hour running good. The engine stopped and won't start again! Any idea what causes this? Maybe I just wait for the fuel filters delivery and change them all see if that can solve it.

That’s simple answer , it’s sucking air instead of fuel , the trapped air in the injector pipes proved that , one sniff of air and an in-line pump stops dead .
check every connection from the tank to the lift pump , check the sealing rings on the pre filter housing , what make of boat is this ?

check the tank filler cap , check the tank breather is not blocked causing a vacuu in the tank

Thank you Markc and Paul. She is Cruisers Yatchs 3850. I will chang all the fuel pre filter and filter in the next couple days, and will do what you said to check everywhere.
