No, its a Rat!!!
But he was most definitly flying!!!
Thought it was about time I posted some pics now we are back on the water again. Sunday was such a glorious day we headed out to Totland bay IoW with a couple of forumites and met up with a couple of more forumites (see if you can spot who)!
The plan was RIB, Lunch, Beer, Wakeboard, RIB, Sleep - not neccessarily in that order.
One new thing for us this year is a grumpy 3 year old going on 13. She is not sure baout boats that go fast, or that go slow, or that bump, or bang or just about anything depending on her mood.
Anyway, she goes dressed for most eventualities:
Anyway, it was flatter than a flat thing so the run from Port Hamble to Totland was delt with in around 40 minutes:
Where after a bit of discussion we nosed onto the beach, had a quick ish lunch and then got on with the afternoons activities. Now I have not been on a ringo before, but was persuaded that I should go first (not sure why) so with a little trepidation I plumped me bum in the seat:
and hung on
Dont worry says Charlie, I will go easy says Charlie, you wont go in says Charlie.
Yeah Right:
Camera woman No. 1 missed the moment but trust me, as warm as it was outside the solent was bloody cold
Carols turn on the wakeboard next, and she was really rather good:
And we got up to a decent speed:
And even managed not to be put off by the buzzing flying Rat!!
Really good day with some good friends on board, and nice to meet up with Houston and Liberty out on the pond.
A shot of the dunking culprit:
Looking forward to this weekend already...
