Is an early Squaddy your thing ?

Looks in lovely condition.. but if last serviced in 2014 and owner has only done 20 miles in 3 seasons, I wonder if horrors await. Diesel bug for starters.... I see there is a note added that seller is not desperate to sell and looking for sensible offers...
Tempted but could not justify the berthing / running costs of something that big for the use we're making now the kids are hitting teenage years....

Wonder if there are any anodes left, a basic service would not cost a fortune but definately a lift and inspect job, would hate to have to replace a set of props for that beast.
Suspect "Essex" must have already been spoken to as being best/ fastest chance of getting rid. ?
However although perhaps not as" blingy" a decent Princess 45 would be considered as competition but cheaper.

I remember someone who had one no expense spared on regular servicing then one day exhaust valve head snapped off whilst planning engine siezed. Engine out and rebuild and had a top end overhaul on other engine £20,000 to sort with main dealer about 15 years ago

Nice looking boat but 72 series motor .
One sold recently on the Hamble around 70K with Caterpilar engines , 100k is way off the mark.
