The shortcut on my ipad has stopped working but I can still access via my web browser if I go the full route through YBW.com

I had to google YBW then access the forum that way. My bookmark'd link wasn't working.

I have always used the full site rather than the mobile site on both pad and phone (typing on a pad now).

Henry :)

Iphone (and all mobile browsers) issue is now fixed. If you are having problems at home, go to the site directly, not via a bookmark.

If anyone is having access problems to the ybw site and forums, I'd suggest looking at the Feedback forum, as that is where most issues are reported, workarounds given, and fixed notices issued. Well, sometimes.. :)

OOOPS the link appears to be broken , was the message I got from the forum, but scroll down to ybw link, click forums and its fine.

I use I pad2 and my laptop on 3 dongle, I have been told 3 is the only company that allow you to use mobile bb on forums at no extra cost.

Just come on and its back to normal for me. Works on my I phone through mby app too.

You seem to be confusing a lot of different things here.
Any supplier that gives you data as part of the package will allow you to access forums at no cost, as long as you don't go over your data allowance. 3 are no different, but they do provide very good data packages, some of them genuinely unlimited.
The mobile browser issue was fixed this evening.
The accessing the normal browser version got buggered for a few users, but if you navigate to the forums instead of using a bookmark, that worked fine straight after the work was finished last week.

You don't need to find it, your device, if you have a mobile browser, will use it automatically. You can if you like, trigger it manually, by going to Default style at bottome left of screen, and selecting mobile. I REALLY suggest you don't as the mobile version doesn't have an option to go back to the normal default. If you do, log off, then log back in again (you might need to clear cache first to make this work). Simpler not to experiment unless you know how to recover it. When the mobile version was made default a while ago for mobile browsers, it caused mayhem and complaints. The current issue was not about using the mobile version, but that mobile users could not log in at all.

Hi all seems to be all o k now, working on the phone now & all seems well with the world!! Regards mm1.

It's usually where issues are highlighted first, though not always. If you have a problem, post on there, and others will post to say if they do or don't have the same, or if it has happened before, and if there is a workaround. It's quite a good resource
