iPad mount?

Does anybody know where to buy a waterproof iPad case that will mount on a 32mm binnacle rail in order to mount the iPad at the helm? We would like to have Navionics securely mounted at the wheel.

Look at RAM mounts - they have all sorts of mounting brakets for ipads with or without cases.

For the mount, look on eBay for car headrest mounts.

I've done exactly that, it's a bit cheaper than the full on ones.



The headrest mount was simply chopped down a bit and screwed on, used the normal waterproof bag type case for the iPad itself, cheap and very very effective.

Have this attached to the top of the "hoop" above the compass. It works really well, quick to release and the IPad replicates the Raymarine MFD beautifully.

Only issue is the reflection when the sun is behind you, but that's not the IPad or mount's fault
