I have a Compuserve account but never use their software these days I just use them as an ISP but I heard stories that the local dial up access number get surcharged something 'orrible, but I haven't tried it so I don't know. I use Lineone /Tiscali because its free and I have asked them for local dial up number but they maintain that the UK is the only number - funny I thought they were an Italian company!
