International Primocon Paint ( re-posted as put in wrong section)

Hello all.....I have been advised to use International Primocon underwater grey paint as a primer and first coat to the mahogany planking after sanding back to bare wood on clinker boat.

I have seen advertised 'International Primocon underwater paint (grey).....and International Primocon Antifoul primer (grey) with slightly differing labels...

Are these the same product ?

There is only one product called Primocon on International's website.
