if i remember corectly, the air temperature must not be below 54f. if you get it somewhere where you don't want it wipe it off straight away other wise it's a bu*$£%r to get off. when i did my boat i hung visqueen all round and over the ground to make a weather proof tent. only cost about £20 for the visqueen and meant everything was kept dry and warm as you have to apply about 6 coats on consecutive days.

I used foam rollers to apply 5 coats using 2 rollers per coat as they start to disintergrate after a while.

Scraping off all the old antifoul and preparing the surface is the biggest part of the job.

On my 22 foot boat one tin was needed for each coat, very easy to work with.

you dont need to apply the coats on consecutive days (this is a widely believed myth) in fact the maximum time between coats (Iam reading this off the tin)is 6 months .The antifoul must be applied within 5 to 24 hours of the final coat depending on temperature.

On the tin it says 5° minimum temp with 10° desirable.

It comes in 2 colours green and grey, the topcoat has to be grey for some reason.

Its easier to bin all the rollers mixing containers ,stirring sticks etc after each coat so you you need lots .
