Interior ideas - new layout?

As mentioned in another thread, I have bought a project boat. The interior is rotten and needs replacing. I am looking for inspiration as what to do - do I refresh what was there, or do something really quite different?
One thought was to fit two rear seats with a beer fridge between them, a little like a Maybach...

I would always go for the original, but I am a bit boring I guess.

Perhaps insure it well then have an 'accident' whilst 'heating' the lanolin.

Have a look on an American boat forum called iboats the yanks are great at fixing up old old speed boats , you will get lots of ideas about what layout to do on there , but I would check the transom core and the stingers before deciding what layout or spending to much money on the Boat !you might find out they are rotten and that's a massive job to fix and poss not cost effective to fix , drill a few holes in the transom from the inside side don't drill all way through and check the shaving that come out are dry do the same for the stingers, if the boats been left outside with a leaky cover or no cover at you can have loads of problems , these kind of boats leak from the inside out
