Can't do more than 10 minutes at a time...unless it is hooked up to a petrol/diesel generator?

It looks like its previouse life was 3.5 suzuki ,,but i remember a large model train at a do where kids could ride on its carrigas beeing towed behind, and that was starter motor out of a car and that ran for ages on a singe battery, it makes you wonder though...

Well this was next to it. The filler cap says its a Seagull but it appears to have some form of electrical output. Perhaps the two went together (Click the pic again)
