Insurance Premium down.

Just received renewal notice and despite worst fears built up by reading posts on this board my premium has remained unchanged. Another company has also quoted me current premium less £55 (net £215).
Further benefits - no survey required until boat is 21 years old. (almost there.)
Not too worried about making claims as really for 3rd party benefit.

Being new to this cruiser lark, I was flabbergasted to get a quote for the Anderson 26 we are getting of £130. I used to pay £250 for the Tornado!

My premiums have gone up EVERY year.

On a rather sad point I calculate that on all insurances (home boat motor) I have contributed over £45,000 and made only one claim for less than £2,000 over 20 years ago.

I obviously would like to hold only TPF&T cover but cannot always obtain it.
