Insurance good news

Hi all I have looked at a number of post regarding insurance claims with trepidation,as my yacht was broken into and items stolen, with damage to a hatch.I made a claim with ST Margarets on the 5th of May. Today have had notification that they are to meet the claim in full after their surveyors report.the claim was in excess of 10,000euro.

In the Poros chanel, where it been moored for over 5years with no problem.The same weekend aprox 10 boats were entered and various bit removed from them. Including the wheel of a Gullut?Police think it was an Albania boat going back North.its always an Albanion that does anything in Greece .IMHO it could be a Athenian boat come to steal to order .or private owner,as who would want two harken 74 winches off the mast a halyard and 150%Genoe .for a SunMagic plus the switch panel and original instuments.I think some one is refitting a similar boat.
