In the process of looking for a boat to do ARC thought I'd check with current insurer GJW to get an idea of premiums and conditions and turns out they don't do transoceanic or Caribbean cover. Any ideas which companies would do this kind of cover?

We found this company excellent.

They insured our school yachts in Gib and our liveaboard yacht for everything we asked for including 2 transats.

Worth an email??

Do not the organisers of the ARC help with advising you of the best insurance agent options
One might also take in to account that GJW are moving their accounts to another company so terms may change at the next renewal dates. Does not mean that they will take on greater risk though.

GJW wouldn't cover us back in 2022, it's a long standing thing.
