In mast furling

About to go sailing in the med and just found out that the boat has in-mast furling.

The only other time I had such a system it was complete pain in the a***

We were REALLY careful to keep tension in the furling lines but it still managed to get stuck. Any tips much appreciated

get the boom level.... less kicker and more topping lift for both furling and unfurling, and when you get them in the rigth place they go in and out very easily....

I can pull mine out by hand when I get the boom in the right place...
