Some 6 months ago Dave Snelson introduced a Mark O'Carroll as an importing agent based in Florida. Anyone used him or someone similar? Any tips / pitfalls?

Double check the import duty rate was 1.75% but according to boating business(trade paper) going up at 1% per month until the USA reduce their duty (something to do with steel again)
