Its for a customer, I dont sell them so I introduced him to this site, in the hope that he will get the advice he needs. Thank you all in anticipation.
I only ever take mine out to replace it. I have a pair of long nose vise grips (posh mole grips /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif), Then you can concentrate your effort on the pulling. I often find they don't come out so easily, but then the next time it will.
None of the pullers I've found fit my access so I use long nosed pliers and swear a lot. I fitted a Speedseal yesterday which should make the process a whole lot easier. With the seal they supply some silicon lubricant to grease everything including the new impeller and shaft. I'll find out if that makes removal easier next time - but hopefully not for a year yet
Apologies if you knew this but they sell either 2 or 3 different size imp. removal tools. Possible you have one of the larger ones /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
