I like the ones that are so wide they have to be transported on their side on their trailers. I wonder how they launch those?
And in the second video, you thought it was a pain stripping and re greasing your trailer bearings after a launch?
We have a similar arrangement in the UK for the bat boats - a little bigger for our American cousins though! The trailers are hydraulic and the whole rig goes flat on arrival, the trick bit is all of the engine oil, the lubrication systems are all constructed in a way that the oil doesn't all end up in the bilge when the boat is tipped up on its side!
Any more questions?
Oh yes nowhere near 1 MPG!
For more of the same www.Offshoreonly.com and for smaller outboard stuff but just as crazy www.screamandfly.com
Forgot to mention - it's all fresh water so there's no problem dunking all those trailers - not sure I would want to put any of them near salt water!!!!!
Don't forget this is a lake! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bx7ZB4F6SlQ
