The 'Pinterest' site sends me imagery of boaty ideas - sometimes quite beautiful, sometimes useful, often diverting. Today it sent me uses for IKEA products..... "Not much of boaty interest there", I thought, but then.....

Just for whimsy, how about suggestions for 'cheap as chips' IKEA products that could find a use on board?

Ikea stuff on our boat, compact steamer, (fits beside frying pan on hob), chopping boards, stainless steel coat hooks, pair of navy blue fleece blankets which make excellent 'stay in place' seat covers in the main cabin, glasses, cutlery, you can tell how extravagant I have been by all this.
Almost forgot, another mdpe chopping board cut up to make mounting board for pilot computer.

Cribbed the idea from our Kiwi boat where it works really well.
