Hello where are the coordinates written down please? I can`t find it on the web,probly entered the wrong search terms. Many thanks as always Jerry

That's probably because there are no wind farms between I and H! Nearest you will come to is the Greater Gabbard but you will know all about that because you will have seen the UKHO blocks for UK charts when you have been checking my NtM service, haven't you. 
Seriously - get the blocks at http://www.crossingthethamesestuary.com/page9.html - click on the 'All Notices' link and select 'Mid-Estuary and scroll down a few weeks and the blocks are there plus a NtM of the revised buoyage. In due time East Anglia will build down but they are only in the survey stage there at the moment.

We have always done it by heading for the Shipwash buoy, then down the Sledway - keeps you clear of the big ships. It's best to time it to get the tide down the coast. If you do that route, the only hazard is the De Ruyter gas platform - keep 2 miles clear, but they will radio you and warn you off, very politely, if you venture too close.
