Its unfortunately one of those man/woman things - the hopeful travellers ..... versus....... the train wreck arrivers (confessions of an engine driver) /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
Um guessing the yoga is for the man to switch things off...???
Yes, the guy puts his brain into idle whenever there appears to be a surge in amps. It takes a bit of practice but the prop shaft can be brought under control again through a concerted effort at idling the mind, and then it's all systems go for another few hours or so. Actually days. Well, my longest was a month. Could have gone longer but boat projects needed attention.
You're not even having to be reliant on solar or wind power.
It's totally fab.
I can't believe I put up with GRP sex for years when all the time there were really lucky women out there getting done by masters of the mind.
........ but seriously - although my propshaft may have a mind of its own it would be stretching a point to attribute it with a brain /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
I guess I'm destined to go through life having huge surges in amps ....... /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
....... possibly followed by stress cracking and general disappointment.........
Tee hee. I think it's funny that so many YBW'ers have come over to my website and clicked on Adopt-A-Puppy. Tee hee.
The reason why I have put that site in so many 'links', like 'Save The Planet' and 'Peace in Iraq' is because if this guy dumps me I want there to be heaps of guys out there from whom I can choose a new boyfriend, and who have converted to mind over splatter, therefore ensuring that their pirate wench n'er jumps ship.
And this is sailing related because there's not much else to do on a boat aside from um, you know.....okay, there is a lot to do on a boat, the jobs never finish but......
Per Andrew's post this all sounds like VERY hard work.
(Still, they say its better when its hard........... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif)
I'm thinking what you really need is some form of remote mind (sic) control (little black box) - should'nt be too difficult to knock up after all the other boat jobs........?
Y'know like you get when you convert? (Like Julie Andrews or Mother Teresa /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif)
Maybe this does'nt apply in the case of converting from splatterer to Zen master-minder? But the wimple certainly conjours up some interesting images...................... /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
(Unfortunately the impoverished people here need to work for a living - at least occasionally /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif)
