Identify the makes of these motor sailers

at my local harbour and small twin mast boat for sale but not sure of the make. Larger singe mast boat very nice and I would be keen to know what model it is. Thanks

The first looks like some kind of Westerly; to which a non-original rigid spray hood has been added..

The second looks like one of the Southerly range.

I'm about 99% sure the second one is a Moody Eclipse 43.

First one is a ketch-rigged Westerly Berwick.
