Identification...

Two questions: anyone know what boat this is, or who designed it ? Is she a yawl or a ketch ?

Technically the difference between a ketch and a yawl is that the mizzen is behind the rudder post on a yawl. Difficult to be sure from this picture. By the lines, my guess would be Fife for the designer. Very pretty.

As another said - decision is based on rudder post in relation to mizzen ....

If you can enlarge the bow-end of the cove line in your shot and you see a stylised dragon, it's a Fife.

My guess, a ketch because there doesn't look room for a tiller or wheel behind the mizzen.

If no room for helm behind mizzen ... wouldn't that be a Yawl >> as mast then is abaft the rudder post ??

It's a sloop. The mizzen belongs to the yawl lying on the other side of her. Otherwise, when she gybed she would take out her own mizzen mast!

Does appear to be a bit longer than the apparent sapce from main mast to aft !!!!
