identification of this boat

hi i was wanting to ask if anyone can tell me what sort of make is this boat , i just bought it and am going to get it fixed up. The guy i bought it from knew nothing of the boats history , there is a plate on it with the makers name , but when i googled it the man in shop said that company closed about 20yrs ago , they have the same name but not same guy, the boat it self was made in Southampton going by the plate on it

The boat has very similar lines to a 17ft Sea Nymph.

you are a star Davey thanks for that , googled sea nymph images and sure enough that is what it is, down side the image led me to a thread where the owner of the boat was asking all questions that i have been wondering about.
Just found out it has a non planing displacement hull, and max speed is 6.8 knots based on 17ft waterline,
i know nothing about boats and bought this on a wim, as i wanted to go fishing , should have took someone with that knew boats grrr, learning by the moment lol
anyways think it will be going back on gumtree lol, thanks again Davey , identification of the boat led to all my answers being found out . gentleman thanks
