Mallorca, go up the south east side, lots of nice calas and plenty of anchorage room, any of them really, porto crhisto is nice and the caves of the dragon fantastic. Ibiza has lots of lovely anchorages aswell. If your in a power boat, then all of the islands are available in a two week cruise, but it will be a bit hectic. Menorca, I love cala fornells, but theres lots more, depends what you want, I also love ciutadella in menorca, yacht club quay, lovely restaurants and good seafood, lovely town aswell. Ibiza, stay away from st. antonio, even though it is a great anchorage. Theres a heap more I could say, but I'd have to look at my logs to remember the names. I like the ballearics.

Menorca is my choice. We have spent last two summers there. Lots and lots of nice Calas and it is reasonably quiet, even in high season. We berthed at Cala 'n' Bosch Marina, which is not great but was very handy. Good luck, you should have a great time.
