poor ickle sailbad, I did think how much his head would hurt in the morning!! I am sure you looked after him well.

PS Pauline I think we may have a piccy of your boat from months ago on a very rough day in the solent, it was the only other boat we saw that afternoon, well bar the RNLI!! It is not a great piccy cause the waves are hiding most of the boat. If you want a copy let me know.

Not half as bad as Sailbad looked. If I'd had a video camera when he came into Oyster Quay for breakfast, I'd have had the makings of a Frankenstein movie - he looked like he'd been built out of reconstituted body parts.

<virtous look> I'd already been up at 8:30, got SWMBO and kids out of bed, and to breakfast, driven to Mercury, and were having a coffee before heading out to sea - where we accidentally met you down river to inspect the Cuttlefish haul in the ink stained boxes! Never seen cuttlefish caught in those quantities before!
