I hadn't realised that some "Polyester braid on braid" can have a polypropylene core: Avoid for cruising chute clew?

My favoured chandler offers good prices for Liros braided but in the detail it clearly states that the core is polypropylene. Previous to seeing this detail, I had assumed that "Polyester braid on braid" meant polyester on polyester. It is the difference between Liros 151 and 152 apparently but those numbers are rarely quoted.
I need a small amount for the cruising chute clew .
Any reason I should avoid ?
Is this common knowledge?
Cheers

What is the concern? If the rope has decent breaking strain, and the polyprop is hidden from UV, should be ok...?

Happy to learn if not so?

Does it float?

Good information but I can’t see a problem. You don’t need to avoid a little stretch in a cruising chute.

What is the concern?

As always, my concern is my ignorance! It led to a serious bout of caveat emptor in this case.

After some serious googling (since my original post) I only found one other source of the polypropylene variant (Liros 00151). That source gave the choice between 'Top-Cruising' (00152) and 'All-round' (00151). I also found that Google had stored a now deleted comment by Jimmy Green:
“N.B. Beware comparisons with Liros All Round Braid on Braid 00151 which has a polypropylene core resulting in less strength and more stretch”

The upside of my worry-warting is that I have now found a source of 'Top-Cruising' at a comparable price - delivered.

Thanks for everyones' comments.
Cheers
Bob
P.S. The price difference is ~12% between 152 and 151
P.P.S. I have no idea if 00151 floats.
