i have just bought one of these with a fin keel it is in the water and needs antifouling unfortunatly have not got a trailer can it be dried out at low tide if i lean it against the harbour wall will the keel take the weight

This is commonly done.The keel will take the weight,These things were built like tanks.
Remember half the weight is in the lump of iron at the bottom
of the keel.You must tie the boat to the quay with enough slack
to allow it to settle on the bottom,Make sure the bottom is
level,Put some weight on the side next to the key to generate a list towards the quay so the boat will lean against it

Also check with harbourmaster/authroty that its allowed. Don't forget antifouling is toxic and local rules may apply to protect environment.
