Firstly In the manual for this new engine it doesn't mention using a flushing attachment that you can supposedly screw into the leg (i have just been sold one, hope it fits this engine!). It just mentions lowering your engine into fresh water to flush.
Secondly if the flush attachment fits, do you just attach your hose and turn on for about 5 mins. Apparently you are meant to do it with the engine still warm... not possible on some slips without a hose. How about running through stuff to clear the salt easier? Thanks.
