How much to antifoul a Pageant?

Yes, I know it’s early in the morning and we’ve been out of sailing for a couple of years but … !

International website only allows calculations for a power boat or racing yachts. Which is odd. I chose option 2 as the nearest profile plus there’s an extra keel.

This gave me a figure of 9.42 litres per coat = ‘20’ litres for 2 coats = 8 tins (2.5litres) @ £65 = absurd.

What am I doing wrong or is this the new world?

I think you forgot to divide by the coverage per can - maybe 8-10 sq M per 2.5 litre can. One can will thus give you one coat on their calulations.

I said it was early

So all I’ve done is number 1 in the instructions and the 9.425 is the area.

Many thanks, I couldn’t believe it was right but I was quoted £3000 for a sprayhood so genuinely didn’t know how crazy the world had become.
