How much antifoul do we need?

Hi all

In a couple of weeks time we are going to wash, scape and apply fresh anti foul on our Westerly Centaur so I have 2 questions.
1, Should we apply undercoat?
2. I already have 5 liter of International Micron 350, and I have never anti fouled a Centaur before, is this enough if not how much is required?

More than enough. 5l does 2 coats on my 31' with plenty to spare. If already AF then no undercoat needed.

Most AF works best if you apply generously. Don't skimp and use it all. The high wear areas are the waterline and leading edges.

Suggest you make sure boat is blocked UP higher than usual .... you will understand once you get under and between bilge keels .....

A Centaur - similar to my SR25 would use at least 3ltrs ... but as others say - use near all of the 5 ltrs ... I would keep back a small amount for later touch ups when you beach for that BBQ / walk on shore ...
Put the spare bit in a Jamjar ... not kept in the large tin or not long after - it will be unuseable.
