How many to crew a 24 footer?

Well done I hope you enjoy.
Before you launch though make sure you set your spreaders, they are both pointing down a bit.
they need pushed up a bit to bisect the angle where they meet the shrouds, (she looks good I was past that way earlier in the week)

Will do, thanks. Based in Strangford? I spent all my summer holidays as a kid in Portaferry. My parents have a caravan at Tara. Also helped run Portaferry Marina for a summer about 7 years ago, lovely part of the country. Havnt got any sailing done in Strangford Lough this year, was crewing last year on a mates boat. I miss it quite alot!

@William - Launching is a doddle, I am well used to launching the fifteen at the same spot. Thankfully no tides to worry about as this is inland water, just alod of swans instead! Once the trailer is modified it will be abit easier but ultimately it will be kept in the water, just waiting to talk to the marina about it.

I imagine it will feel duller, but coming into winter I dont want to be land bound as I would be with the Fifteen. A low bow and spinnaker chute means its pretty quick to fill up in my experience ;) No problems there with the Europa!
