How do I download a GPS Track?

I'd like to download the track from my Magellan Sportrack to my pc. What software do I need?

Once its on the pc I would like to load it into my GIS package so its not as if I need a full mapping package just someway of moving the data.

I know the sotware works with the older Magellans. Not tried it with my latest Magellan.
